I love See Kai Run.
I won a pair of shoes in a giveaway they hosted months ago at Divine Chaos. Since James was the only boy I figured it would be easiest {decision wise} to get the shoes for him + I ended up choosing sandals, the Jude style to be more specific...
But at the time they arrived, they were a few sizes too big. So I put them aside until the weather turned warmer + when we finally pulled them out, I discovered that they were even better than I imagined they would be. Soft + flexible, stylish, well-made...just beautiful.
So, I contacted to let the company to let them know just how much I loved the shoes. To say thank you.
And they offered to give away a pair of shoes to my readers!
Then they sent me not one, but two pairs of girls sandals so that we could give them a test run. And since they were gracious enough to send me two pairs, I let them pick the style. I was most certainly not disappointed when Dorothys arrived in the mail...
The Peaches' have been wearing their sandals non-stop since the girls' shoes arrived + let me just say that they are incredibly durable. These little ones definitely put some mileage on their shoes + these are ones that are made to last. My first pair of shoes I remember wanting so terribly bad were when I was about 5 years old and everyone was wearing clogs and I NEEDED a pair. My mom had the best ones at the time with a small heal and I kept asking her for some, too. I remember getting to the store to get them and the only clogs for my age had heel straps not slide on and boy was I mad! I wanted to be just like mommy.
My favorite shoes are either the Larkins or Mike for the boys...I love the girls ones, too!! I had troubles narrowing it down to just a pair or two though.lol
My favourite shoes on the website are the Kaya by See Kai Run. They are so sporty, luttle, pink and cute!!
The first pair of shoes I remember buying myself with my own pocket money was a pair of White sandle (small) high heels. I got them for my uncles wedding and was so excited! They were $11 and I think I was about 5
The first pair of shoes I remember buy myself with my own money was a pair of gray Nine West strapy heels . I didn't have a job so every little bit of money I could save I did it took me about a month to save up for them. I think they were like $70. I wore them till they started falling apart. It really showed me the value of a dollar because I think they were the first thing I wanted and had to save up to get. I was either in 9th or 10th grade.

I can't remember the first pair of shoes but I've got these black heels that I purchased about 8 years ago - they are still "in style" and broken in. Love 'em.

I don't remember my first pair or getting too excited about shoes as a lil girl, but I do remember always getting excited for new basketball shoes each season (I started playing hoops in 3rd grade through HS). :-)

The first pair of shoes I remember buying myself were the ones I wore in my own wedding when I was 21. They are cute and have a small heel, and they were very comfortable. I still have them, though I doubt I will wear them again.
I like the "Ocean" sandals best of all the shoes on See Kai Run. All the shoes are so cute, though, it's really hard to pick just one!
oooh okay, a pair that I would LOVE to own are the shoes from Toms Shoes. their website is www.tomsshoes.com. Would LOVE a pair of those.

Let's see... I don't remember my first pair of favorite shoes but I do remember the shoes I also wanted. Red tennis shoes. I don't remember why either. They didn't have them in my size and by the time they did I didn't want them anymore!

A pair of shoes I remember buying were these really cool purple ones for my wedding day. I had to go with an all white dress for my marriage but wanted some color for later. They were very uncomfortable but oh so cute. With my super tall hubby it didn't matter that they were 4 inches on top of my 5'10" to start out with! I totally don't know what happened to them... Where did they go? lol
I love the Cameron Sky, Dorothy and Sara shoes. They are all so cute, it's hard to pick just one favorite!
My twins used to LIVE in their See Kia Run's.
I don't remember actually purchasing my first pair of shoes, but I know they were red. I loved my shiny red shoes and wore them with everything, whether or not they matched! Most toddler pics of me I'm wearing them. The funny thing is, I still LOVE red shoes! And Paige does, too. My mom bought her a pair (they were See Kai Run smallers, btw!) and she was heartbroken when she outgrew them, so I had to find her new ones. Her absolute favs!
The only shoes my kids wear (really!) are See Kai Run. Currently, I'm wanting the boys Jayce and the girls Sofia for fall. We're just about grown out of our sandals!

My first big shoe purchase were black pumps from Payless. I was in grade school. I was always tall, skinny and gawky. The only thing good about being so tall was my feet were big and I was able to wear a ladies size 5 shoe size at a younger age than the other girls. I saved my money and bought a pair of heels. I wore them EVERYWHERE. I felt pretty and sophisticated, not clumsy and gangly. They raised my self esteem and started my shoe fetish. I still feel sophisticated in a nice pair of pumps. :)

I the first shoe that popped into my mind was my first Jelly Shoes. Remember those horrible shoes from back in the 80's that made your feet sweat and you skin look like it been attacked by a waffle iron? Gawd those were BAD. I looked on Kai and was pleasantly surprised and impressed! Great shoes, good price. I like the Oceans, I know my 3.5 year old would love the Kasota. Have a great day!
The pair of shoes that are my all time favorite are my TOMS Shoes. (www.tomsshoes.com) They are super comfy and they goes to support a wonderful cause. I want to own their new boots so badly! They are sooo cute!
I don't remember the first pair I bought myself, but I do have a favorite pair of shoes. A friend bought me a pair of leather flip flops in Key West and I wear them everyday. I am going to wear them until they fall apart. Then I'll have to go go Key West and buy myself another pair!

My first pair of shoes that I bought for myself were the ever popular (in NY, anyway) Sambas.. (the black adidas soccer sneakers with white stripes). I pretty much wore some variation of those shoes from age 12-24. Now that I think of it, I really miss those shoes!

The first pair of shoes I ever bought were a pair of white flats. Thinking about it now, they were pretty ugly. They had little flowers embroidered on them and they were not suitable for a 4th grader who loved to play outside. But I wanted them! My mom didn't think that they were suitable, either, but she let me gte them if I paid half. So I did!
My favorite pair of shoes on Kai are ALL OF THEM! Oh my gosh! But I think the 'Holly' Shoes are the winners...
I don't remember my first pair of shoes, but I remember the shoe store we used to go to. It seemed so interesting to me...getting our feet measured, trying on all kinds of shoes, lots of big wooden shelves. Go figure! :-)

My Mom-mom always bought me jelly sandals and I LOVED them. I remember I would always get cuts and blisters from them, but I didn't care. My favorites were the clear jellys. Jellys rock!

the first "cool" shoes i remember belonged to my older sister. they were white (most likely plastic) sandles that had a twisted loop on the front and a small heel. they were soo cool. the first ones i (probably) bought were jellie shoes. eww! hot plastic. bare feet. summer. eww!
i like the Jude shoes for my son. he needs some durable shoes for the summer.
I don't remember the first pair of shoe I bought for myself but I do remember a very special pair that my parents got me when I was about 4. They were canvas and had blue, yellow, red, orange and green polka dots all over them. I loved them and I remember telling everyone how fast they made me run. Thanks for the chance!

I remember absolutely NEEDING to have a pair of Jellies when I was about 7... They were pink and sparkly, and hurt my feet terribly.
As for my favorite kai shoes... There is NO way I could pick a favorite. I love the Grayson though, b/c it's the name of the newest baby in my life!
I remember when I was about 12 I HAD TO HAVE this pair of silver flats. I hounded my Mom till she finally bought them...then never wore them. Why? Who knows. I didn't wear them then and I wouldn't wear them NOW.
