My favorite part of the day is towards the end, when Daddy arrives home after a long day of work + Lydia bounds in the door, exhilarated from school + practice. My heart swells to witness the complete joy + adoration on the faces of The Peaches as they clamor to be the first to greet them as they walk in the door. And the looks of love, on the faces of my other 2 loves, catch in my throat as I welcome my family home.

That is a great part of the day! I have a huge smile on my face every time baby chicklet runs to hug her daddy when he comes in from work!
Oh I totally agree!! I love watching the boys when they see Daddy pull into the drive way and then they all sprint to the door to greet him! Best moment of the day, by far :)
I know what you mean:) Mine start laughing hysterically when they see Todd come home (if they are still awake!)...
such a sweet picture. You are going to have the most amazing baby books!
This is just precious! I bet that is a happy time.
I feel the same way when my hubby comes home from work. My kids can't get enough of their Daddy and run downstairs to greet him as he comes through the garage. It's truly amazing to see how fast toddler can scurry downstairs LOL!

Oh do I feel ya on this! My guy is the same way and I only wish 6 o clock came sooner!
Very sweet!
Does he have all 3 in his arms? That is a great picture! With my husband changing jobs, our kids will feel the same way I bet since they aren't used to him being out of the house ALL day EVERY day (he used to telecommute several days a week. Our dog gets that excited when the kids come home from school...if that counts for anything!
Thank you for the welcome. I suppose I can forgive your distaste for mayonnaise, if only because your blog is so lovely.
And the picture on the left of the peanut is just beautiful!
